I have a 40 lb. Sheltie that is intent on pulling, jumping, and barking when we pass dogs, bicycles, runners and other walkers. I have tried several training collars and they were just not strong enough to deter him. I was worried that the Dog-Thing was going to hurt him with the prongs. I was needlessly worried.
