1100 YD Remote Dog Training Shock Collar with Auto Anti Bark,100 Levels of Adjustable Static Stimulation and Vibration for Small Medium Large Dogs (2-Dog Set)

Size was our main worry with buying a collar and this fit well on our small 9 lb dog (2 y/o toy fox terrier). The remote and reciever connection is very responsive and we love that the remote inmediatelly turns on from sleep mode if we press any correction button, great for manually giving our dog instant feedback. Costumer service was exellent as we inicially recieved a defective collar reciever and they right away sent us a replacement, we were very glad for the complete lack of hassles there. The vibration is honestly pretty standard at its highest. However I did use the remote to shock myself to test before putting it on my dog and was highly impressed by the strength this little reciever packed. We have it set to barely use a tenth of the available shock power and it is plenty. We also reeeeally like the included conductive silicone covers for the prongs, it’s starting to get cold where we are and would feel terrible if our pupper had to have cold prongs up her neck while she wears it.The only reason i took off a star is because the auto-bark function isnt as instantly responsive by itself as the remote controls are. The main reason we were looking for a collar is cause our dog will go into manic bark mode if anybody knocks on our door so we need a quicker correction to unexpected triggers. This product usually lags a few seconds behind our fiery one’s barking reactions, which makes it difficult for her to realize right away the reaction is not ok and automatically learn not to do it. In that sense we would’ve wanted something that could “nip it in the tush” a bit faster.All in all this product does everything it says it does without any sacrifice of quality and it HAS helped us to get her to ‘think about it’ before nonesensically barking at a few random noises. It didn’t automatically fix all our barking problems but we can see improvement and it’s a great tool to have when applied with proper training techniques.
