L.A. Girl Shockwave Neon Eyeliner GP

I had previously ordered this same liner in the color “neon” and loved the pop on my upper lids, outer corner, blended/smudged a bit. Brought a brightness to the eye area. I decided to pick up this color next (“electric”). It is lovely! I would describe the color as a Swiss topaz blue (look up the gemstone, ladies) — a hint of cyan so not a true “sky” or “powder” blue, but a blue with a little aquamarine hint to it. Goes on silky smooth! These liners are slightly resistant to a water-n-soap face-washing, you may see a tiny tinge of it remaining. A dab of your favorite face oil (I just use coconut) or petroleum jelly will lift it gently from the skin, if needed. [...]
