My boss often has multiple pages to sign or sign and date. He appreciates being able to spot those items quickly. Also, if I put them in a spot where a corner of the flag overlaps the page, he is able to easily find each page and the pages don’t stick together, making sure each page gets the attention it needs. I also greatly appreciate the fact that they are reusable. He can remove each flag as he signs and attach it to the inside of the signature folder. It’s fast for him to do and easy for me to find. AND I no longer have to write individual Post It notes on each page. The first thing I did when I transferred to my new position was to buy Post-It Flags.
