Tried this product to see what the fuss was about. Since Fenti is a highly acclaimed musician-made brand, I had high hopes that this brand by Halsey would be good too. Not the case. The liner was dry and chalky and wouldn’t blend at all. I had a LOT of trouble getting it on my lid. When I finally managed, it did the job I guess, but I don’t think it was at all worth it. I’m sticking to ELF- a cheaper, yet MUCH higher quality brand.
