[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a big fan of make up and for me I have to use the best I can get to look good and feel good. I always pay a big more for certain products to make sure I get the durability and quality. Most eye pencils that I used before after a few hours look a bit funny in the eye and I have to use wipes to remove the bits that ” run down the eye ”, I don’t get that issue with this one! What a great eye pencil.
